In his new single Christmas Forever, Kaminski cleverly navigates between vaporwave, slow core, and chamber pop in a much more lighthearted style than the one we know from his debut album My Diary Lied. The Dokkum-based indie singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist craftily captures the right Christmas mood without falling into the familiar cliches, even though the lyrics do portray a bleak worldview.

Christmas Forever is a richly orchestrated Christmas song with a boys choir, violins, and jingle bells, in a gritty indie pop style reminiscent of C Duncan and Sufjan Stevens. Ideal for a playlist featuring contemporary indie, slowcore, and alternative Christmas songs.
